General Terms and Conditions

The Service is supplied by Sky Infotech N.V. Transactions and payment services are operated by Sky Infotech N.V. Cricketbook will communicate with Customers via email at the Registered Email Address provided when opening your Cricketbook account.

The Company reserves the right to amend the terms at any time. You will be notified in advance of material changes. If you object to any changes, you must stop using the service. Continued use indicates your agreement. Any unsettled bets will be subject to the pre-existing terms.

Your obligations

  • You must be of legal age to enter into a binding agreement with the Company.
  • Check if it is lawful to place bets on the service in your country.
  • Ensure your use of the service is legal.
  • Only send money if you are authorized to do so.
  • Avoid any conflict of interest when participating in the Services and placing bets.
  • Never fail or attempt to fail to pay a liability on a bet.
  • Act solely on your own behalf as a private individual in a personal capacity.
  • Be aware that you may lose money when placing bets.
  • Use the service for legitimate betting purposes and do not manipulate any aspect of the service in bad faith.
  • Do not use any information obtained in breach of the legislation when placing bets.
  • Make all payments in good faith and do not attempt to reverse a payment.
  • Act in good faith at all times when using the service and placing bets.

Registration

You agree that when using the service, CricketBook reserves the right to refuse registration at its discretion. 

To start betting, you need to complete the registration form and become a verified customer, passing the necessary checks. You may need to provide proof of identification and residence. 

The Company may suspend wagering or restrict Account options until it receives the required information. 

It is your responsibility to provide accurate and up-to-date information. Failure to do so may result in missed notifications. 

The Company communicates with customers via their registered email address.

Restrictions

You must not use the Service if you are under 18 years old or unable to enter into a binding legal agreement with the Company.

You cannot collect information from other Customers or disrupt the Service.

Avoid promoting unsolicited advertisements or engaging in activities that may be considered cheating or violating Intellectual Property Rights.

You cannot sell or transfer your account or transfer funds between player accounts.

The Company may terminate your Account and take legal action for unauthorized use.

Privacy 

Any information you provide will be protected and processed according to the Terms and Privacy Policy. 

The Company will not disclose the identity of anyone placing bets unless required by authorities. 

Your information will be stored in the database, which may involve transfers outside the EU/EEA. 

By agreeing to the Terms, you consent to the transfer of your personal data for the provision of the Service, as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

Your Account

The Company accepts multiple currencies. No credit is given for using the service.

The Company may close or suspend an Account and refund any funds if you fail to comply with the Terms, or reasonably believe so, to ensure the integrity or fairness of the Service, or if The Company has other reasonable grounds.

If any amount is mistakenly credited to your account, it remains the Company’s property. The Company will notify you of any such mistake and withdraw the amount from your Account.

If your account goes overdrawn, you will be in debt to The Company for the overdrawn amount.

You must inform The Company immediately of any errors regarding your Account.

Customers have the right to self-exclude themselves from cricketbook.com. These requests must be sent from the Customer’s Registered Email Address to [email protected].

Customers may set limitations on the amount they wager and lose. Requests must be sent from the Customer’s Registered Email Address to [email protected]. Implementation and increases of limits will be processed diligently. However, any request to remove or reduce limitations will be carried out after a cooling-off period of seven days following the request.

You cannot transfer, sell, or pledge Your Account to another person. This prohibition includes the transfer of any assets, such as ownership of accounts, winnings, deposits, bets, rights, and/or claims associated with these assets, legally or commercially. The prohibition also includes encumbrance, assigning, usufruct, trading, brokering, hypothecation, and/or gifting in cooperation with a fiduciary or any other third party, company, individual, foundation, or association.

Payments

You can deposit funds into your account through various methods listed on the website. 

Deposits should be made in your account’s currency.

Deposits made to accounts that are not rolled over three times will incur a 3% processing fee, along with any applicable withdrawal fee. 

You are responsible for any bank charges incurred during fund deposits. 

Cricketbook is not a financial institution and uses third-party processors for credit and debit card deposits. 

Your account will only be credited if The Company receives approval and authorization codes from the payment issuer. 

Funds are held in respective client accounts based on account currency. 

You can withdraw your account balance within the transaction maximums specified on the website. Note that fees may apply. 

Withdrawals must be made in the account currency unless otherwise stipulated. 

Withdrawals must be made to the original payment method used for account deposits.
